A contemporary cello adaptation, this liqueur is pot distilled with fresh ginger and rested on 200 hand-zested lemons & more ginger for several weeks.  The combination of fresh cut ginger and the sweetest part of the lemon zest creates a refreshing taste.

A limited edition, single barrel, four-grain bourbon aged a minimum of two years in new 53-gallon Char #3 American Oak casks. Bottled at 94 proof, this bourbon is a Single Cask Release, with bottles numbered and signed.  Mash Bill: 55% Palisade Corn, 20% Colorado Rye, 15% Colorado Wheat, 10% Colorado Malted Barley.

Appearance: Rich Dark Amber
Nose: Caramel, hint of vanilla up front; slight note of burnt toffee and leather in the background
Taste: Caramel, vanilla, meaty, slight peppercorn in the background; creamy coating mouthfeel; very light grain taste in mid palette
Finish: Medium/long, sweetly spiced
